I have been practicing as a massage therapist since 1996. Over the years, I have also gained various qualifications in alternative therapies, giving me a wide spectrum of experience to call upon as an integrated body worker.

I really enjoy working with your body, mind, and soul. My goal is to help you feel better – nurturing you into a space of perfect alignment.

Your mind will become clearer and calmer, allowing you to make good life choices. Your soul will come into a place of deep stillness, allowing you to receive intuitive guidance directly from me as I work with every part of you.

I am clairsentient, which means I will “feel” where I need to work, whether it is with your body, mind or soul. The outcome will always be the same: you will experience the healing energy of a highly skilled integrated body worker.

My clinic is in Woburn, Lower Hutt. It is private, the perfect place to relax and take time out for yourself. The clinic has an en suite.

Massage therapy: Work massage, Wellington region

Shoulder pain and stress are common workplace complaints. I am mobile, and available to come to your place of work. I spend five to ten minutes soothing away the tension in your muscles. Get a group of your colleagues together and I will help you create a more relaxed working environment.  Prices start from $7.50 for five minutes. Corporate massage enquiries are welcome.

Infant massage

I teach parents and caregivers how to massage infants. Infant massage is a fantastic way to bond with your child. It can also help to relax your baby, improve your baby’s sleep patterns, and aid digestion. I especially recommend baby massage to fathers, who may not have as much time with their infant as they might like. Alternative therapies

I offer a number of alternative therapies, including Bach Flower Remedies, reiki, spiritual guidance, and Dorn therapy (which helps with sciatic pain). There is no “typical” session with me. I will discuss your particular needs and arrange the length of session and regularity of sessions to enable you to experience your maximum health and well-being.
